Geelong has always had a quiet kind of magic. Set along the edge of Corio Bay, it blends old-world charm with laid-back coastal living. From the historic signage around the waterfront to the boats docked at the yacht club, there’s a strong sense of place here — and it shows up in everything we do at Deserto.
We find inspiration in the small details. Weathered timber. Faded paint. Old maritime signs that tell stories without words. Geelong’s history is worn in, not worn out — and that character is something we chase in every flag and piece we make.
Just thirty minutes down the road you’ll find Torquay and the beginning of the Great Ocean Road. But there’s something about Geelong itself. It’s slower paced. Honest. Real. A town where the sea feels close and the past is never far away.
